F Gas Regulations

F Gas Regulations require that all systems with F Gas Refrigerants must be leak tested periodically with an F Gas Registered Engineer.

To comply with F Gas Regulations the requirements for each refrigeration/air conditioning system are:

• 31kg or more – requires Leak Check annually.
• 30kg or more – requires Leak Check every six months
• 30kg or more – should a leak detection system be installed this changes to annually.
• 300kg or more – requires Leak Check every 3 months – a leak detection system must be installed and serviced annually)

All Thermocool Limited Engineer’s have City & Guilds Level 2 Certification in F Gas also F Gas Registered and registered with Refcom Elite.
